"We only stayed for a very short period but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size with very comfortable bed, and the overall look was modern and well maintained. The pool is great especially at night. Location for KLIA is perfect, very short transfer and the hotel has a shuttle service. "Dirty lobby and terrace areas, towels were dingy and worn out, hotel sign and building need fresh paint, located in a dusty industrial area, nothing of interest in the area, noise throughout the night from people talking in the next room, doors banging, and vehicles going by. We checked out earlier than planned. Even the GRAB driver laughed and asked us who suggested this hotel to us. Liked that the bed is clean and there’s a new store in the next building."

"Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes. The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....
