"My husband and I stayed at this property and came back 2x after given we loved it so much. The service is excellent. The attention to detail is notable. The breakfast is great. "The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. "

"The hotel looks luxurious, but the rooms are VERY old. The drain in the bathtub was not working well in my room so I had to get it fixed. The mattress is quite hard and not very comfy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The best thing about this hotel was actually the breakfast. Recommend it highly for Koreans especially because they serve Korean food at breakfast. "

"Very nice small boutique hotel, comfortable nicely decorated rooms with blend of modern and classic. The lobby and the courtyard is very nice, and so is the roof top bar/restaurant and small soaking tubs. Walking distance to points of interest and restaurants, market."

"Park Dedeman Almaty offers superior experience services compared to the average Almaty hotel. The English-speaking staff facilitated smooth communication. While the room was clean and comfortable, I think it could benefit more from additional amenities to improve and meet international hotel standards. The breakfast buffet provided minimal options and was very limited. The absence of bidet sprays in the bathroom and the lack of a welcoming lobby area were noticeable shortcomings. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes could be streamlined for greater efficiency. "

"My husband and I stayed at this property and came back 2x after given we loved it so much. The service is excellent. The attention to detail is notable. The breakfast is great. Whenever we left for breakfast, we'd come back to a room already made up again with fresh bottles of water and replenished toiletries. How fantastic! The reception is pleasant and helpful. They also have live music on Thursday nights in their restaurant which we got to see 2x and it truly is lovely (the band is very talented). We didn't take advantage of the spa but I'd bet it's great. Highly recommended!"
