"We always stay here whenever we come visit our family in DR; our most recent trip was our sixth time and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff is always very helpful and sweet. The food and drinks are amazing -- I recommend the glazed pork and potatoes. Our room's always been clean and comfortable. Never had a noise issue. "

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and in the center of the zona colonial, the only issue we had was the toilet didn't flush. We called to get it fixed, a hotel worker came and toilet flushed for a while but then it didnt work. It was annoying."
