"We were surprised at how remote the hotel was. Taxi cost 25Euros from train station to this hotel and then, without a car, there was no food nearby except the 10E pizzas (tasty) the hotel offered and 5E beer. there was free transport to the airport. breakfast is not free, but 12.50Euros. Another surprise was that to use the kitchen in your room, there was an additional 10E charge."

"The single bedroom apartment is spacious. The kitchen is complete. However, the room is warm and we need to open the windows to cool it. Unfortunately the mosquitoes came in and disturbed our sleep on the first two nights. The receptionist kindly provided an insect spray that solved the problem. "

"I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. There is a tram stop at the other side of the square that opens the transport links to the whole city. "

"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. "The staff in this hotel made us feel very welcome. They gave us a complimentary drink while we waited for our room to be ready. It is a beautiful hotel situated on Capitole square within easy walk of everywhere. Its a buzzing city full of cafes bars and restaurants...we loved it and our stay at this lovely hotel. We will revisit later in the year. "

"The hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our only complaint was the incredible noise from the traffic and people screeching on the street below. It went on until 2.30am! Despite being on the fifth floor it kept us awake.
