"I recently stayed at Kameha Grand Bonn and found the experience to be underwhelming. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that felt more like a bachelor pad than a relaxing, comfortable space. "Nagelneues Hotel in der Opening-Phase. Aktuell sind die Preise unschlagbar. Nur für das Auto wird - für die Lage des Hotels relativ viel verlangt. Zumal es "nur" ein Parkplatz ist und keine Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war entsprechend auch neu und es gab keine Mängel. Nur sie Bahnlinie hat mich im 3. Stock des Hotels gestört."

"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."

"Stop over on way back to Scotland from Switzerland. Arrived late and was still able to get a meal in restaurant . Staff were excellent. Only issue we had they wanted to charge us for breakfast when we had already paid when we booked. Manager sorted it out. Will definitely use the hotel again"

"This hotel was a great find and within walking distance to many museums, the river and Ubahn / Sbahn stops. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also great - but otherwise dining options are about 25 mins walk toward the city centre. Would stay again!"
