"Highly recommend staying at the Park Plaza Victoria. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Apollo Victoria Theatre (Wicked) and it was perfect - only a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the theatre. The entrance to the hotel was lovely and open, clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and smiley, checked us in quickly and on check out they have a concierge area for you to leave your bags which is ideal if you're seeing a matinee performance and check out beforehand. "Bed was comfy, good quality quilt. Lovely pubs and restaurants around the area, close to underground for easy travel. Only issue is it’s such a loud hotel, walls are paper thin we managed to hear our neighbours evening plans, woken up multiple times in the night by doors slamming/upstairs floors creaking. "

"The hotel was overall good but my room was very close to the train track so I could hear trains passing the whole night. Not sure if this is the problem with all rooms. My 5yr old really wanted to use the pool but there was no attendant and pool looked deep so we couldn’t use it . "
