"One of the most comfortable hotel we stay. Very clean, spacious and unique design. Bed is on the firmer side, water pressure is good for both rain and hand held styl shower. It’s got Nesspreso coffee machine, oolong tea, soft drink and beer no extra charge. Staff Autumn is very friendly and help us with luggages and show us around like a family. Breakfast buffet and diner main course meal with buffet are phenomenal. Love the infinite pool on the roof top where we watch stars and sun rise. We took bus from Chiayi train station and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we visit Alishan. "

"Very good location, it’s about two minutes walk to Chiayi Tran station and 10 minutes walk to Wen Hua night market. All our rooms are very clean and comfortable. Water pressure is very good, bed is on firmer side but I didn’t get back pain. "

"Wonderful place to staying in Chiayi especially with kids. Very kids friendly hotel with a lot of facilities targeting for kids. Costco nearby and not far from the night market. A very good experience for staying there with wonderful time!"

"The property is half way to the top of the mountain, so about an hour's driving from Jiaye. The suite we stay has two bedrooms, a shared washroom with two bidet toilets and a large shower. It also has a large living room and an open tea room that can be converted into a bed room. The suite is clean and very comfortable to stay for a family. The staffs were very friendly. One of the attractions of Alisan is sunrise, you can enjoy a cup of Alisan's green tea in their lounge at the sixth floor. However, if you are enthusiastic about Alisan's sunrise, you should drive to the top of the mountain. You will be above the cloud which is very beautiful also and be able to watch the sun rising from the cloud."
