"Our experience at the Nautilux was faultless. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and there were always plenty of sun beds around the two pools. We would definitively make a return visit. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in with the best service. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Parking was easy as they have valet parking. Room is spacious, modern and clean. The beach and dining strip is only a short walk away. Central location to Old Town Chania, as well. Very pretty beach, and free sunbeds and umbrellas make it even better. The hot tub is amazing as well! Breakfast was very tasty and the dining staff were all very kind. The hotel restaurant was also very good and had a great view. I would stay here over and over again and recommend to anyone visiting Chania!"

"Location perfect. Walkable to old town and harbour in 7 mins. The hotel had parking (valet) which was amazing and made it easy. Just drive in and dump car. The breakfast was amazing. So fresh and so many options. The room was great, good AC and a comfy bed. The main area where it excelled was the staff! Always a smile and they always went out of their way to help us with any request. Thank you team Kydon!! "

"First time in Crete with my family of four! Rooms were spacious and had also had half bath! Views from the 6th floor were beautiful! Staff (Salvatore and Yanni) were extremely helpful! Salvatore told us the top places to eat and where to go during our stay in Chania! Hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants! We got the package that included breakfast which was a great idea! The young host at the restaurant was super sweet and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious! The gym was small but adequate to get a quick workout in while on vacation! Overall had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel! "

"The hotel is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is great! Only complaint I have is that our room did not get cold until late in the evening/morning. We were only there a couple of nights so we made due, but I’m not sure if this was an issue with just our room or if every room is this way."
