"Located in very noisy neighborhood, roosters at daybreak, local hangout across the street, so screeching tires, loud music etc. The apartment is spacious and bright so the noise nuisance is a shame. IKEA mattress, bed pillows etc are pretty beat up and need replacing as well as the noisy vibrating AC in the master. Dom and Joy did their best to accommodate and though we wouldn’t settle in this one again they do have other nice properties."

"Anchor pointe apartments are centrally located on the island in Governor's Harbor with a great view of the ocean. We enjoy exploring the island from the northern tip to the southern tip and being located right in Governor's Harbor and having access to grocery and restaurants right next to us was very convenient and using Anchor Point as a starting point every day it was perfect."

"Yes, this property is next to the water. It is just a few yards away. However, you have to bushwack your way through trees and bushes to reach it, and is is a rocky ledge with no beach. The fact that the owners haven't made a path or provided any kind of outside amenities beside a picnic table beside the trash shows that this property is meant to turn a quick buck without concern for the actual guest experience. "Wonderful stay! Apartment had all necessary creature comforts. Dom met us when we arrived and gave us some insight about the area. We really enjoyed the laid back nature of the island. Beaches are spectacular! Tippy’s, Buccaneer’s Club, La Bougainvillea! We will be back!!!!"

"Holy crow, this place exceeded all expectations! The apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be, was beautifully decorated, and was very clean. The Patric and the management team had thought of everything, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I would love to have given more than 5 stars!"
