Beach 5 min from down the street, two swimming pools, children's area, garden, court, parking, library, community wifi and on the floor, air conditioning, green hot plates, all newly renovated, very familiar with Fontana shopping center just a few meters, bus in front of the door and tram (tram) on the parallel street 15 minutes from Alicante center. All kinds of activities on the beach even with a surf school.
