Accommodation consisting of a ground floor and first floor, ideal for families who want a large garden plot to enjoy with the little ones in the house.

You will enjoy intimacy and privacy thanks to a fully fenced plot with wide entrance access for your vehicle and pedestrian access.

At your entrance you can enjoy the beauty and harmony of the environment, the plot is not only fenced but also has a perimeter of leafy trees that gives you the necessary privacy you want on your vacation.

You can sunbathe, rest in the hammocks under the shade of the umbrellas or trees and enjoy the large pool that gives it that blue touch among so much green.

A small construction on the right side of the house houses a built-in barbecue, you can enjoy it under the entrance porch to the house and always have the little ones in the house under surveillance.

At your entrance, a beautiful hall leads you to a spacious living room with fireplace, elegant, pleasant and with excellent furniture, it will provide you with beautiful moments during your vacation, connected to a spacious, bright kitchen equipped with everything you need so you can prepare your lunches comfortably. You will have plenty of space to house your belongings in an orderly manner.

On this ground floor we will also find a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in the common area with a shower.

The upper floor is accessed via a wooden staircase, with wide steps and easy to climb. The route of this staircase is embellished by small accesses of natural light that will give it a pleasant sensation.

This upper floor offers a rest area and access to the accommodation's two terraces, one facing north where you will enjoy the afternoon sun and the other facing south where we can have a general view of the pool and gardens. You will be able to enjoy a particular rest in these spaces.

On this upper floor you will have three bedrooms, two with a double bed and a third with two single beds, all with windows to the outside that give them light and with a beautiful architecture that shelters the spaces. You will also have space to store your luggage neatly.

You will also have on this upper floor, in the common area, a bathroom with a shower.

Spacious villa with large garden
Nice villa, very comfortable and homely. Requires some maintenance as many items were broken or not working properly but did not spoil our holiday. Cutlery and crockery from different sets, doesn’t match and would be insufficient quantity for 10 guests (luckily we were only 6). We had a lovely, peaceful holiday here.

Haus mit Schwächen
Das vor allem von außen schöne Haus mit großem Garten und Pool liegt an sich ruhig, allerdings auch wirklich ab vom Schuss und in einer weniger schönen Gegend, in der es fußläufig nichts Schönes zu erkunden gibt. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, um den schönen Teil von Andalusien zu erkunden. Was gestört hat, war, dass für den doch hohen Preis und die Belegung, die mit 10 Personen angegeben ist, vieles gefehlt hat. So muss man sich bewusst sein, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt (hatten wir nicht richtig gelesen, da eigentlich vorausgesetzt). In der Küche wird das Kochen für 10 Personen nicht einfach, denn die ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Es fehlen z.B. grundlegende Dinge wie genügend Töpfe, Schere, Teekanne und Küchenhandtücher zum Abtrocknen. Obwohl wir sofort um die Bereitstellung von letzteren gebeten hatten (waren für das Spülen von Hand unerlässlich), wurden sie nicht vorbeigebracht, sondern wir mussten sie selbst kaufen. Die Elektrik in der Küche ist sehr unzuverlässig, so dass der Herd nicht mit anderen Gerätschaften in der Küche benutzt werden kann. Die Benutzung des Ofens ließ fast immer die Sicherung rausspringen. Im oberen Bereich des Hauses liegen drei Schlafzimmer, die sehr funktional sind. Leider gab es in einem Raum Schimmel, was nicht zu einem angenehmen Schlafklima beitrug. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief sehr verzögert und wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass auf Kundenzufriedenheit besonders Wert gelegt wird.
