"This place is so clean and tidy, almost brand new and very modern and comfortable with super air conditioning. Had enough storage space for hanging clothes and a mini fridge in the room and a very competent and spacious en suite and a small desk with a chair. The balcony was lovely but I didn’t really open the curtains much because windows look almost directly into the room. "Lovely property. The room was clen and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and lovely to walk around. It is hard to park nearby but you can park closer to the centre of the town. The shared kitchen is very nice and well equipped and the shared bathroom as well. Very nice find and will most come back."

"Was a little difficult to find because there was no sign or reception. It was like a B&B so I had to call them when I was outside so someone came and open and gave me the keys. Rooms are simple. Comfy bed but walls are superthin so you hear everyone talking or watching tv. Also from street outside you hear everything. But was ok for a couple nights. Good location near catedral and just across the street from the big central mercat. "

"The lady on reception was very helpful and gave us exact information and print outs to travel to the city. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to assist us."

"Mara was welcoming and very helpful for local tapa bars & restaurants. She helped us with an early morning cab which was wonderful. Would stay at the Opera House again. Simple, clean, good local location in between the main Valencia sights. "

"No curtains, no heating , the doors and windows don't fixed you feel sleeping on street with out temperatures and noise inside. The bell was ringing a lot and the personal were spiking hours.. all the plugs were broken and the cover of wc not secure."

"Situated very centrally and really well-connected to airport (39 mins) The place is a bit rough around the edges but it does have charm. It appears to be undergoing renovation so this can only improve. The only real problems I had were that the staff are not there all the time, which meant I had to carry my bag around all day after check out before my evening flight ; and the shared toilet and shower are in the same room which means that if you need the toilet and somebody is in the shower then...

"This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away....

"We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Excellent location to use Turia Gardens for running and walking to the museums and Old Town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and all speak very good English. They were also very attentive to our needs for taxi and local sight seeing advice. All in all, the hotel is well maintained and has good ambience. Buffet breakfast was excellent, too."

Exactly what we needed

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. It is also in a very close proximity of two big shopping centres and a variety of restaurants, grill bars and coffee and snacks places Our room was on the first floor, cleaned every morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We found it a good value for our money."
