"Daniela and Gianfranco’s house was exactly as shown and described. Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"

"This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! Such a relaxing place for our vacation!"

"La casa en general esta muy bien, dormitorios espaciosos, comedor y sala estar amplia. Lastima que el exterior está muy descuidado.Patios muy sucios. El delantero lleno de basura de los inquilinos anteriores que tuvimos que tirar nosotros debido a la recogida puerta a puerta. Creo que lo normal es que lo dejaran limpio antes de alquilarlo de nuevo. La nevera no enfriaba bien y se nos estropeó comida. Hay que ponerla al tope y aun asi no acaba de ir bien. La TV y el aire acondicionado del salón...

"Die Villa von Erica und ihrer Familie liegt mitten in ihrem eigenen kleinen aber feinen Olivenhain (das eigene Olivenöl ist köstlich und kann gekauft werden). Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich empfangen. Die Mutter hatte für unsere Kinder extra einen Kuchen gebacken. Vielen Dank! "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Super auch der Empfang und die vielen Tipps von Erica (z.B. eine tolle Trattoria). Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"We were staying for 7 nights with 2 people in this beautifully located house, nestled in the southern hills of Alghero. The biggest luxury is the quiet and calm atmosphere: no noisy party people, no shrieking children or construction sites anywhere around. "Schöner Aufenthalt für 2 Personen, funktional und sauber eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Steintreppe zum Fels Strand ist sehr schön, auch der Blick auf aighero. Leider wird es als Haus/Dependance angeboten, ist jedoch die untere Wohnung in einer Doppelhaus Hälfte. Wir waren die einzigen Mieter und hatten glücklicherweise unsere Ruhe. Fertilia selbst ist kein schöner Ort, aber es sind nur 5 min zu Fuß zum kleinen Supermarkt und 15 min mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz in Alghero."

"Overall the Camping is a good place to spend some days, there are several types of chalet being shaded by the surrounding pinewood, a swimming pool with clean public toilets and showers, basic facilities and recreational area. However some things are very unpleasant among which the check-out time which is at 9:00! And air conditioning on request which is very expensive."
