Alghero, 50 meters from the sea, in a residential area, beautiful villa of 150 square meters, fully renovated and furnished, equipped with every comfort, can accommodate up to eight people.
The house 'built on 3 floors divided as follows:
first floor (sleeping) consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin bedroom and a large bathroom.
Ground floor (living area) of 50 m² with fireplace and bathroom with shower
Basement where there 'a' large kitchen with everything (oven, lavostoviglie, toaster, microwave, blender, Thermomix etc) and a dining room.
The house turns out to be perfect for families who want to spend a 'great holiday without depriving oneself of all comfort;
It is located 50 meters from the sea, also available through Google Maps, which is why it is not necessary the 'use of the car ..

Fantastic location - well equipped, comfortable house
Loved the property and the location. 3 minute walk to beach and to supermarket. Restaurants and bars nearby. Car is helpful to visit local beaches. Was asked to sign rental agreement in Italian. No prior notice given. No translation into English provided so had to use Google translate. Also lady who showed us round the property spoke no English but that was ok as all appliances straightforward.

Spatious house in nice residential area close to the beach
Spatious and clean with good ac. The electricity went off every now and then when using the ac, dish washer etc but could be easily switched on. The fridge was quite warm so difficult to keep fresh food but a very good supermarket around the corner so everyday shopping is no probs. Also a small bakery across the street and a fruit and vegetable stand just outside the door. A few good restaurants nearby and very close to the beach. Great parking space in the back yard.

An excellent location for a family holiday in Alghero
We were delighted with this property. We spent a long time considering our options and were not disappointed with this choice. It is in a perfect location, a short walk from the beaches (Maria Pia our preference by far), very close to a supermarket and very good local eateries. Easily walkable to the old town, so no rental car required. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable, excellently equipped with very nice outdoor spaces and a barbeque (plus private parking space if required). Alberto was very responsive and helpful at all times, prior to arrival and throughout our stay. We recommend this property highly

Villa fantastica, una vacanza da sogno
Ho soggiornato con tutta la mia famiglia in questa deliziosa Villa dal 2 al 9 di ottobre ! La casa è accogliente arredata finemente e curata in ogni minimo particolare, il servizio di pulizia e’ stato impeccabile. È dotata di ogni confort, compreso Wi-Fi con super fibra velocissima per la gioia della mia bambina che ha potuto guardare tutti i cartoni che ha voluto. Doppio spazio esterno che visto il clima ancora generoso ci ha consentito di fare ottime arrostite di pesce al barbecue e cenare all’ aperto. L’ ubicazione è davvero incredibile.. si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia bianca e fine e un mare pulito celeste e con L’ acqua bassa per decine di metri ideale per la bambina !! La spiaggia è dotata di numerosi baretti che ti offrono pranzi sul mare e aperitivi mozzafiato al tramonto fronte capocaccia !! A pochi passi da casa abbiamo potuto noleggiare delle biciclette e GraZie alla pista ciclabile che parte proprio davanti alla casa abbiamo potuto raggiungere in pochi minuti in assoluta sicurezza e senza mai dover passare per strada, il caratteristico centro pieno di tanti negozi e ristorantini sui bastioni . Un grazie speciale va ad Alberto, il giovane padrone di casa che ci ha dato tutti i consigli e le indicazioni utili a rendere davvero unica e speciale la nostra vacanza in questa città meravigliosa anche una volta finita L’ estate ! Alberto torneremo sicuramente !!

Bellissima
Bellissima casa , grande pulizia e grande cura dei particolari, rispecchia a pieno la descrizione dell'annuncio pubblicato nel sito e se devono essere sincera la realtà della casa stessa e nettamente superiore a ciò che dicono le foto . Posizione ottima a 1 minuto dal mare , a 10 minuti dal centro storico , strategica in quanto non necessita dell'utilizzo della macchina , supermarket e ristoranti , farmacia e tabacchi sono vicinissimi alla casa . La quiete notturna è quello che maggiormente mi ha colpito . Alberto inoltre è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno sopratutto al momento dell'arrivo consigliandoci le spiagge migliori da visitare , i ristoranti dove mangiare sia i piatti tipici sardi sia dell'ottimo pesce . Spero vivamente di tornarci l'anno prossimo. Veramente consigliato Casa a 5 stelle

Very nice house close to the beach
We had a great time in this house and the host followed up the small issues we had in a good way. We were eight people and I think it would be better to be six since the sofa in the basement was not the best to sleep on. It was about a twenty minutes walk into the old town but the busses ran regularly.

Very good house close to the beach.
I highly recommend this house. Firts of all, Alberto was always reachable and did what he said he would do. Furthermore, the house is great, close to the beach and to a supermarket. You can walk to the city center in about 25-30 minutes over the boulevard, which is nice. The wifi and airconditioning worked well. If I would ever return to Alghero I would go to this house again.

belle maison de ville
Nous avons trouvé cette maison dans un état de propreté remarquable et très bien équipée et décorée. C'est une maison de ville mitoyenne avec 2 entrées dont l'une sur une cours résidentielle sécurisée ce qui est très pratique pour garer la voiture. Vous avez également 2 salons de jardin extérieur , un à chaque entrée. La maison donne sur une rue assez fréquentée surtout le samedi soir ce qui engendre un peu de bruit! C'est un ensemble sur 3 niveaux ce qui oblige à utiliser les escaliers fréquemment : cuisine en bas, salon séjour plus une belle s de b au rez de chaussée et les 3 chambres et une autre s de b à l'étage. Clim dans une seule chambre ( mais en laissant les portes ouvertes ça rafraîchit aussi les 2 autres chambres ) et clim dans le séjour où il faisait toujours bon. L’ensemble est doté d'une literie de qualité et de bons et abondants équipements où rien de manque , même pas les parasols pour la plage! Vous êtes à 100m de la plage mais nous avons préféré prendre la voiture faire 1.5 km pour aller à Santa Pia où il a moins de monde et un peu plus loin d'autres belles belles plages aussi ; cette maison en ville permet de bien vivre la magnifique cité d'Alghero que nous avons adoré et chaque soir soit à pied (45mn ) ou en voiture ( parking facile à 500m de la vieille ville ) nous avons pu flâner sur le lido - paradis des joggeurs le matin- , sur les remparts du port ou dans la vieille ville ce qui fut vraiment très sympa et agréable pour nos 2 filles ! les lumières du coucher de soleil depuis les remparts sont extraordinaires. Commerces de proximité comme la boulangerie en face , une supérette ISA à 300m , un LIDL à 2km , un vendeur de fruits et légumes juste devant le portail et surtout un immense marché en face de la maison le mercredi où vous pourrez ramener des produits locaux à de bons tarifs comme le miel. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de M. PANI . Il a pris soin de noter encore 2/3 détails pour améliorer encore sa location . Nous pensons utile de signaler que cette location ne conviendrait pas à une famille avec enfants en très bas âge au regard des escaliers, par contre c'est sans souci que vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés pour des vacances moitié ville, moitié plage !

OTTIMA!
La casa ha rispettato in pieno le nostre aspettative: pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione, vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di Maria Pia e ai ristoranti sulla spiaggia di Lido San Giovanni, a 200 metri dalla casa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il proprietario è cortese e disponibile per tutte le esigenze, come del resto tutti gli abitanti di Alghero!

This house has everything you need and is also so close to the beach that we could go back and forth as many times as we liked (which is a bonus with the kids). Walking into town also is an option (35 min), so car not essential if you want to stay local, and the supermarket, bars and bakery are all close by. Highly recommended, for a family or city dwellers. We stayed last year and came back this year.

E' già il secondo anno che vengo qui e prendo questa bellissima casa su 3 piani vicinissima al mare ai ristoranti e al supermercato. Sempre arieggiata con ogni comfort , proprietario gentile e disponibile , wifi veloce.. barbecue.. insomma tuttto quello che serve per una vacanza al top..grazie ancora ..al prossimo anno...
