Situated by the sea with a spectacular view, this villa is the ideal place to live in harmony with nature and the sea below.

The only noise you will hear will be the lapping of the sea below lulling you on cool summer evenings.


Villa Julia is a large villa with spacious, light-filled interiors where space seems to expand thanks to the reflections of the pool water on the walls.

The villa, all on one floor, enjoys an exclusive view of the sea and the pool.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers in the villa.

But surely the most spectacular part of this property is the outside, with the magnificent infinity pool that overlooks the sea and the Mediterranean maquis.
An enchanting vision capable of astounding even the most restless souls.

A large shady gazebo overlooking the sea, furnished with outdoor furniture next to the barbecue will be the place you will remember when you return from your holiday.

You will undoubtedly spend most of your holiday relaxing under the shade of the pergola, next to the large barbecue while enjoying the magnificent sea view.

From the villa, the sea is less than 150 metres away and is reached by a path that leads through the Mediterranean maquis to the shoreline.

The stretch of sea below the house has the particularity of flat white rocks, with the sea of a wonderful turquoise colour.

Certainly one of the most prestigious coastlines of the entire Coral Riviera.

Wonderful outdoor set up - buyer beware indoors
We loved the outdoor pool area and the gorgeous views of the ‘sleeping giant’ and the sunset. BUT there was only very intermittent wifi access from day one and when we asked the property manager to bring a new modem mid week, he brought a new one which also didn’t work and then he took the two of them away and never came back. (If it was the remote location, as he suggested, then wifi access should not have been advertised). No dishwasher, no pool towels, and no kitchen or bathroom basics. Portable Clothes line broken, pool not cleaned midweek, insect screens torn and we weren’t told about the somewhat complex rubbish disposal process until the day before our departure.
Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2022
