Villa Janas is located on a promontory that slopes gently towards the Riviera del Corallo. The town of Alghero is about 4km from the villa.

From the villa, located 4km from the center of Alghero, you can easily reach all the beaches of Northern Sardinia with a short drive.

Villa Janas is a luxurious and large villa, the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday in total relaxation in a property of about 1000 square meters, with a large patio and an emerald green swimming pool.

The 400sqm villa. it is ideal for 10/12 people.

Red trachyte stones, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, farm with animals, frame the property and guarantee total privacy throughout the complex.

The villa consists of two floors.

Villa Janas has 4 huge bedrooms inside each with ensuite bathroom, additional beds, external shower, covered verandas and a spectacular view of the valley that slopes down to the sea.

All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, heat pumps / air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, desk.

Inside:

• large living area finely decorated with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi system.

• in front of the living area there is a large veranda facing the swimming pool: the ideal place to relax in the shade, roast and live outdoors.

• in front of the veranda the swimming pool guarantees an oasis of privacy for a sunbath or simply to relax. The furniture that distinguishes the outdoor spaces is highly sought after.

4 bedrooms:

• A double bedroom with a baby bed and a view of the courtyard with a bathroom with shower inside.

• A double bedroom with 1 single bed overlooking the balcony and view of the garden and swimming pool and a bathroom with shower;

• bedroom (2 double + 2 single beds) with access to the garden, choreographic staircase that joins the two floors.

• bedroom (1 double + 1 single), on the ground floor with access to the garden, and staircase connecting the two floors.

The property is located about 5 kilometers from Alghero on the road leading to the town of Olmedo, just outside Alghero. A distance that even in the height of summer can be covered in a maximum of ten minutes. Ideal for 5 couples, for a family or group of friends.

BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. YOU CAN HAVE ON REQUEST WITH A SUPPLEMENT OF 10 EURO per person per stay.

• Any periodic cleaning (on request) must be paid separately (€ 15 / hour)

• Sheets and towels (€ 15 per head for each change in addition to the weekly one already included in the price).

Security deposit of 500 euros to be paid on arrival in cash. The security deposit will be refunded on departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.

The host or maintenance technician is allowed to enter for plant maintenance

- Confirm check-in time at least 3 days before arrival

The rent will refer to the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Extra guests not indicated in the booking will have to pay € 50 more per day. Animals will not be accepted unless prior authorization from the owner.

- The number of guests must be communicated to the booking.
