The villa on 2 floors has 4 rooms inside (for a total of 12 beds) 5 bathrooms, garden, gazebo, barbecue with pizza oven, multi-purpose field where you can play tennis, soccer and beach volleyball.

Villa Paradiso is located in the green countryside of Alghero, a luxurious and large villa that is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday in total relaxation, in a property with a park of 7000 square meters bordered by oleander plants and Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa of 200sqm. It is ideal for 12 people. Eucalyptus trees and Mediterranean scrub are the setting for the property and guarantee total privacy throughout the complex.

The villa consists of two floors.

Upper floor:

large living area finely decorated with living room, dining area and wonderful equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, WiFi system. In front of the living area there is a large covered veranda facing the swimming pool: the ideal place to relax in the shade, to roast and to live outside the finely furnished and equipped with a wood-fired barbecue for pizzas. In front of the veranda the swimming pool guarantees an oasis of privacy for a sunbath or simply to relax. The furniture that distinguishes the external and internal spaces is highly sought after. • A double bedroom with a view of the internal courtyard and a bathroom with a finely furnished shower.

On the lower floor there are three bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 with a bunk bed), a living area with kitchen and access to the garden with a choreographic marble staircase connecting the two floors and another overlooking the big garden. • Three bathrooms with shower and laundry.

Outside the villa, the multi-purpose court for tennis, soccer and beach volleyball is the ideal place to spend afternoons in company while having fun and keeping fit.

The property is located about 4 kilometers from Alghero, close to the Sella and Moscow vineyards. A distance that even in the height of summer is practicable at most in about ten minutes. Ideal for 4 couples with children, for a family or a group of friends. Included in the price: Bed linen and towels. Pool and sea towels are not included. Air conditioning: every room is air conditioned; Wi-fi available free throughout the villa, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Supplements: (on request) • Any periodic cleaning (on request) must be previously booked and paid separately (€ 15 / hour) • Sheets and towels (€ 10 each for each change in addition to the weekly included in the price). Sea and pool towels are not included. Security deposit of € 500 to be paid upon arrival. The management costs of the villa are € 80 per day and include: Pool Management - Conditioning - Electricity - Gas - Garden Maintenance - Pool Cleaning). The host is allowed to enter for plant maintenance - Confirmation of check-in time at least 3 days before arrival The deposit will be returned 3 days after departure, provided the house has not been damaged and returned in order. The rent will refer to the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Animals will not be accepted unless authorized by the owner. - The number of guests must be notified when booking.
