Vila Valalla is located only 1.5 km from the wonderful Speranza beach, which can be reached in just 3 minutes by car.

In the villa there is a water purification system (Acqua Phi) which purifies the water.

In the villa groups are organized for the Stand Up Paddle (SUP) course at a cost of € 25 per person, to be booked at the time of booking and to be paid upon arrival.

SUP is a mix of kayaking and surfing, but also a sports practice that tones the body and helps you relax deeply. SUP is practiced with a slightly wider surfboard and a simple paddle. A new way to keep fit, in contact with nature, away from crowded gyms and sports centers. Ideal if practiced on the beach below the house!

The villa has a WiFi system that allows you to connect to the Internet also from the external veranda. The size of the house is approximately 120 m² and consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin with a bunk bed, for a total of 8 beds, to which is added a cot for a newborn) two complete bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub (one of these two is in the bedroom), a large living room with fireplace and a kitchen. All windows have mosquito nets.

Outside there is a large veranda with tables and chairs and a covered and shaded gazebo, with barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen, very bright and fresh, has a window with a breathtaking view over the valley of the 'La Speranza' beach. In the house there is a washing machine and a TV, a wood stove and a fireplace.

Outside the house is surrounded by a hectare of garden where there are plants and fruit trees and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Also outside there is a playground equipped for children and an outdoor shower. Surely lunches, as well as breakfasts and dinners outdoors in the shade of the large pergola will be one of the memories that you will hold close to your heart when you return from your holidays. Children at our home are welcome and will play safe and protected from harm.

Villa Valalla is certainly the ideal home for holidays, without frills but with all the comforts, large, bright and with large outdoor spaces ideal for those who want to live in contact with nature.
