The main house offers you 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the top floor and a small secondary toilet, kitchen and a bright living room Down the garden the cosy dependance with one bedroom, one toilet and a lovely open space living room and kitchen with a dining area.The villa is sourrended by a big garden with a barbecue, with a private entry to the beach.
Located in the Lungomare Rovigno you can enjoy a walk and great things that Fertilia or Alghero just 10 minutes driving away offer you.
From the living room you can access to the terrace, with Seating area where you can enjoy superb Italian meal with a sea views.
