"Great historical property, well maintained, with the old world charm. Nice bar with the live piano music on the premises several times per week. Close to the thermal baths, thermal springs, kurhaus (performance center), and the pedestrian area. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but there are excellent bakeries and cafes nearby."

"Liked the location of hotel - very central, everything accessible by foot. Even the towels and linens a bit outdated - the room, equipment and public areas in decent condition. Comfortable matresses, great sleep. Second floor rooms just around cafeteria where tasty coffee and breakfast served. Sauna is on 3rd floor, rather small but enough for 4-6ppl, free of charge for hotel guests. Shower for cooling down but hasn't been working. Generally quiet and comfortable place to stay. Hotel provides few local discounts, nice to use at town thermal bathes. Hotel is convenient to drive in, load/unload the luggage."

"This hotel is excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. It is close to anything and everything you would want or need. If you aren’t a walker, there is a bus stop about 75 meters away."

"Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "
