"Lovely Villa, spacious with fantastic views. Well Equipped. Unfortunately they told us before we arrived there had been a Power surge which the AC and other equipment was out of service but we had fans in the rooms which helped a little. Some of the linen and towels were stained and the pool was great but does need a bit of TLC. But I would definitely return 👍🏻"

The living room furnishings are very comfortable and in great shape and clean. Kitchen recently updated well setup! Shower and bathrooms were slightly disappointing and need modernisation - but almost functional, primary en-suite shower did not drain so was not usable. "Amazing Villa and location within beautiful San Roque club grounds by the golf course. Lots located near by to venture to including bars, restaurants, beaches etc all being a small drive away. Villa owner Morag has been brilliant communicating throughout and ensured our stay was a great one! 9 of us in total including 5 kids and there was plenty of room for comfort. Highly recommend 😀"

"Villa is very spacious and perfect for families. The pictures do not do it justice. Beaches and marina were close by (most places are only a 10-15min drive) and the San Roque golf resort is clean and well maintained. Ian the host was a star, really proactive and very responsive - even helped with a wide range of excellent restaurant recommendations. Would recommend to all! "

"We decided to rent this townhouse because of the amount of space it offered. It was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed. But the best part was the absolutely stunning view. You can easily see the Rock of Gibraltar from the back side of the house and we spent a good deal of time sitting on the balconies taking us the view. It is in a great location, close to many points of interests. The owners were very nice and completely responsive."
