Our idyllic estate impresses with its successful architecture and a total area of 350 m2. It offers a total of 6 double rooms, each with a modern en suite bathroom – 4 in the main house and 2 in the pool house. The spaces are generously designed, while the spacious living area with open kitchen, fireplace, seating area, and dining area is decorated in the neo-Mallorcan country style.
Enjoy cozy evenings on our covered terrace of over 200 m2 and savor the magnificent view. In the morning, you can catch the first rays of sunshine on the breakfast terrace.
The open BBQ area invites you to prepare your meals in the covered outdoor kitchen while enjoying the view of the pool and the surrounding nature.
The entire property, both the main house and the pool house, boasts expansive terraces and a 15 x 5-meter pool. The finca is wheelchair and handicap accessible and offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a stereo system, a laundry room, and much more. All bedrooms are equipped with their own air conditioning, while the entire living area has cozy marble floor heating for the cooler months. The pool is heated by solar-tempered water, extending the swimming season.

Especially during the blue hour and at night, our property shines in romantic light, whether it's the old olive tree in the driveway, the palm trees around the house, or the spacious pool. Even the stone walls of the building and the columns of Mallorcan sandstone are enchantingly illuminated.
Whether you are arriving as a family with children or as a group of up to 12 adults, you will feel equally comfortable with us.
Please note that the following fees must be paid in cash on-site:
- Ecotasa (tourism tax) of 2.20 Euro per person per night (from 16 years).
- A utility fee of 510 Euro (one-time payment), which includes personal check-in/check-out with key handover, introduction to the finca, interior & exterior cleaning, bed linen & towels (1x large pool towel, 1x bath towel, 1x hand towel per person), water consumption, as well as pool & garden service.
- Electricity costs are 0.35 Euro per consumed kWh.
Important information:
For special occasions exceeding the booked number of persons, such as corporate events, weddings, or birthdays for up to a maximum of 12 people, please obtain permission before booking.
