Hosts are just the loveliest couple , so welcoming and kind . The dining experience is next level amazing , absolutely mouth watering along perfect service . The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. The accomodation is wonderfully beautiful. Thank you both so much . "Loved this lil piece of paradise. Pity the weather wasnt perfect. The house had everything we needed. A short drive to sandy beaches. The owners are lovely. Responded to messages immediately. Will hopefully be back!!!"

"The view from the bach was wonderful- but we had to wash all the windows facing the sea before we could see anything but a fuzzy outline through them. I know windows on the coast get grubby but, when a major selling point of the bach is the view, I’d expect the owner or manager to ensure the windows are clean for each new guest. Glassware & cutlery need improvement. Otherwise all was great & we enjoyed the stay."

Spacious, comfortable house

"The property is large and very well-equipped with some lovely outdoor space. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty shocking the week we were there but we did manage some dips in the hot tub and some hours sitting outside. The kitchen is large and user-friendly with everything you could possibly need. The living and separate dining areas are also spacious and the bedrooms are generous too. Some lovely original features. Chris was very quick and responsive with the few queries we had. "

Modern Little Place At Castlepoint - with Private Direct Beach Access

Lovely spot to relax

"This is a great place to relax and chill. Good for winter or summer, with the woodburner and the spa. Surrounded by trees, places to walk. The local pub does a mean (big!) burger, and Castlepoint is a short drive away for a walk or surf or swim. Fully kitted out kitchen, and Masterton supermarkets not far away. Wifi works fine. Perfect escape for a long weekend."
