Boiler problem
The owner was attentive, however during our 3 day stay the boiler had a leak resulting in no heating or hot water for two days. In addition, we had to return home on the afternoon of Bank Holiday Monday… however we had to wait in the property for a Gas engineer to arrive and fix the boiler.
The property owner does not live locally and it was a great imposition on our holiday -;eg having to wait in and mop the floor 3 x times and adjust the boiler pressure twice.
These actions should NOT be the responsibility of renters…
A very poor situation, no proposal to refund any money by the owner
