The Haven is a beautiful 4,200 sq ft walkout ranch style lake home located 4 miles from downtown Alexandria, Minnesota on a quiet street on Lake Louise. The home features 6 bedroom, 3.5 baths, and spacious indoor/outdoor gathering spaces for your leisure. A few top guest amenities include: private pontoon for your use during the summer season, covered outdoor dining area off the main floor with gas grill, outdoor play set for the kids, fire pit and fully equipped kitchen. We strive to make your stay unforgettable!

Lake Louise, a 300-acre lake with depths up to 33 feet, is a small and quiet lake perfect for a getaway to fish, swim, kayak, paddle board or simply cruise on the private 22 ft pontoon boat included in your summer rental fee. The lake is well stocked with Northerns, Crappies, Walleyes and Sunfish (this lake is a popular choice for ice fishing as well). For those that prefer to spend the day kayaking or paddle boarding (both available to rent) a culvert leads to Lake Charlie and on into Lake Ida. No need to bring beach towels, as we are well stocked.

This home comfortably accommodates up to15 guests. Six bedrooms and a family room offer: 2 queen beds, 2 king beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a king sleeper sofa, a full-size crib and a portable crib.

The main level of this lakefront home (with limited mobility accessibility) features beautiful lake views off the open living and dining room floorplan that extends out to a covered patio with an outdoor dining table for when you need a break from the sun and a sunning side with lounge chairs. The dining table seats 16, with 4 additional chairs at the kitchen island. Guests appreciate not only the ability to dine together without bumping elbows, but also the ability to have more than one game going on at a time when it rains, snows or when staying in for the evening. The kitchen is well equipped, including two ovens for larger meals. Sleeping quarters on this level include a king room and a queen room sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower with bench. An additional half bath is located just off the living room. The living room features a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and a big screen TV for movies. Floors are wood and tile with area rugs.

The walkout level features a family room with a gas fireplace, television, cozy seating, a pull-out king sofa sleeper, kitchenette and second full size refrigerator for ease of accessibility of drinks and snacks out to the lake or kids play set through glass double patio doors. Two bedrooms and a bath flank each side of the family room for privacy. Great for parents and small children. The lower level includes a laundry room with double washers and dryers.

The home offers plenty of amenities for small children such as an outdoor Rainbow play system, crib, high chair, toys and great gathering spaces.

Additional amenities include: private garage and driveway parking, fire pit, gas grill, a horse shoe pit, kayak, paddle board and lily pad for rent, ping pong table and quick management response for questions.
