"The staff was very accommodating and professional. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with incredible views and live singing. The atmosphere was wonderful, you feel you are transformed to the elegant twenties. The housekeeping staff were amazing, I had forgotten my ship boarding card and few hundred Euros and I was amazed to receive a text message from the hotel informing me that they found my missing card and cash and I was able to retrieve them at the front desk. Really appreciate the front desk staff (Rana and Basant) and specifically the housekeeping ladies (Shaimaa and Doha). Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Alexandria,"

"The staff were lovely. We were welcomed with a drink and sweet snack while we were waiting to check in. We arrived very early, but they accommodated us by giving us a main floor room - which was lovely, but quite noisy from traffic, until check in time when we were given a fabulous room on the 5th floor. It’s an old hotel with lots of character. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The breakfast and light dinner options were great and the meals in the cafe were very good - service was a little slow - the violinist was exceptional. I would stay here again. "
