Lake Latoka:
Graystone Lodge sits on beautiful Lake Latoka, a deep, clearwater lake good for swimming, fishing and water recreation. It has two public access docks and a swimming beach located on the north side (lifeguard staff present at this location). The lake is stocked with Northerns, Crappies, Rock Bass, and Walleyes. It is a 763-acre lake with a mean depth of 35ft and a max dept of 108 feet.

Graystone Lodge is a two-story ranch style home:
The first-floor entry with walk-out lake access consists of one queen bedroom, a full bath, large family/living room (with pull out king sleeper sofa), 50-inch big screen TV, dining table that seats up to 8, smaller kitchen area with all the appliances, a work desk and laundry area. The floors are tile in the main living area with a large rug, and carpet in the bedroom.

The second-floor main living level features a well-stocked kitchen, the main dining table that seats up to 10 people, a center island perfect for prepping food/serving pot luck style or extra seating for 2, a cozy living area, a primary king bedroom with attached ¾ bath and crib, a second large bathroom with shower, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with twin beds (1 with an extra trundle), portable crib and laundry room. Throughout this main living level, the floors are wood and tile with area rugs with most bedrooms carpeted. The living room, dining area and kitchen are part of an open floor plan, with the covered deck just off the kitchen. Four of the bedrooms are situated away from the main living area perfect for a quiet nap or putting the kids to bed early.



Lics #1852 - Douglas County VRBO ordinance limits overnight capacity is 12 people ages 6 and up with children 5 and under not included in the total for all VRBO properties. Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County VRBO requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking.
