"The property was very clean, very secure, plenty of parking, although the parking plans were a little confusing. There is a concert hall next door, that plays mostly on Saturdays. They did have a DJ there one Saturday, till 2:00 in the morning. If you're in the vacation rental the sound from the outdoor concert is Extremely Loud. Luckily I was out until 12:30 a.m., but still the hour and a half of loud music was disturbing. But other than that my stay was excellent"

"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

"We had a great weekend stay at Dan and Patti’s delightful property. They greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel right at home. The country loft was very well appointed and decorated, and immaculately clean. The pool table and shuffleboard table provided great entertainment for our guests. It’s very conveniently located, close to Kenyon and Mt Vernon. Dan and Patti offered us the use of their beautiful backyard, including a firepit, heated pool and koi pond.
