"This unit is in great location if you're looking for something close to OSU or downtown. The size is great for a small family. The main issue we had was the temp of the unit. When we arrived, the thermostat was at 52, in the middle of February. It took hours to heat up. The unit didn't have extra blankets or sheets beyond what was on the 2 beds- not ideal if you're planning on having someone sleep on the couch, like we did. Overall, it would be a perfect set-up for a family if it wasn't so...

It met the basic needs we had and we are grateful we didn't have to make a long drive home late at night. Hosts were always checking in and let me know I could contact them at any point. "The property was very clean, very secure, plenty of parking, although the parking plans were a little confusing. There is a concert hall next door, that plays mostly on Saturdays. They did have a DJ there one Saturday, till 2:00 in the morning. If you're in the vacation rental the sound from the outdoor concert is Extremely Loud. Luckily I was out until 12:30 a.m., but still the hour and a half of loud music was disturbing. But other than that my stay was excellent"

"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

"Great location for going to anything Ohio State. Campus is just a few short minutes away. Host was great to work with. Very clean property and easy check in. Only recommendation would be to add additional seating in the living room area. There is only a couch and it made it tough for 4 people to relax around the TV in the evening.
