"Overall Tamassa was a good fit for our family vacation needs - the pool and beach are beautiful and it’s convenient to be able to eat at their buffet (Show) restaurant, order from the B Bar, make a reservation at the Playa restaurant or order room service. However, the food taste was inconsistent as was the speed of service (ex at one point we had to call 4 times to get enough water bottles delivered to the room). We rented a car for the trip and the hotel is not too far from the 7 colored earth...

"Lovely place. We had an issue with the air conditioning and after a few complaints we escalated to the manager and he moved us to a new room. He was also very attentive from that point on. The service in the restaurants is friendly but a little chaotic at times - lots of staff running about but not getting a huge amount done. The resort is great though, food and drink exceptional. "

"We had a lovely couple of days in Blue Bay staying here. Our flight was very early and we were able to check in early (7/8am) for a small fee (you can also leave luggage for free) which really helped us enjoy day one. The room was huge and comfortable with a small patio by the pool, and breakfast was available each morning. There is also a small rooftop bar open each evening. The beach is about a 1 min walk and you can snorkel/take boat trips over the reef from there. "
