"It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay."

" Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet. Coffee is very good and breakfast acceptable but certainly not exceptional. Would stay here agin without thinking about it."

"When I was arrived, hard to fine the front desk. All the information was written in Italian. The room was not clean, unprepared, and covered with dust and dirts. Only thing I was impressed was the kindness of the staff. Additionally, the hotel restaurant wasgot Michelin ONE star."
