"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!"

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "We’ll equipped, comfortable, extremely clean and spacious property. The garden is great for young children with plenty of seating for adults. The area is lovely and interesting to explore. Nearby Whitstable is also great."

"Very nice penthouse. Our host took very good care of us. And the flat really has everything ready for you! Truly handy are all the shops on your doorstep and the beach is only a 15 minutes walk away."

"Debs flat in Hythe was great, just as described. The location was wonderful, the sea was just across the street. The flat was spacious, clean, and well heated, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The neighbors upstairs could occasionally be noisy late at night. Light sleeper you will be fine with earplugs. Debs and Phil were easy to contact and helpful in every way. We would be happy to stay here again. "
