"This is a lovely little property and it is in a lovely location right on the beech. When we stayed the weather was very windy but we still had a great time. The only issue, there was no parking permit at the property and it was 20 for the parking for the trip as iparking is i the main carpark"

"Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)"

"Debs flat in Hythe was great, just as described. The location was wonderful, the sea was just across the street. The flat was spacious, clean, and well heated, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The neighbors upstairs could occasionally be noisy late at night. Light sleeper you will be fine with earplugs. Debs and Phil were easy to contact and helpful in every way. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!"

"It’s not often we say a stay is brilliant however on this occasion it was. Great hosts welcoming, considerate and good communication. ‘The Shed’ is definitely not a shed. It’s beautifully and artistically decorated, warm, comfortable and everything you would need. Now we’ve had two nights we plan to be back for a week. Wonderful area looking out on Romney marsh, quiet and peaceful a special time. "

"We had an absolutely lovely stay in The Loft. The apartment itself was perfect, with a very thoughtful welcome hamper and everything we needed for breakfast included. It was clean and spacious with a lovely loft living area for relaxing in the evenings. A 5 min drive to the centre of historic Rye which has many sights and eating options and a great base for exploring Romney Marsh, Camber Sands and Dungeness. Would absolutely stay again! "

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms...
