"This property is under new owners. It is in rural Iowa and an older facility. Well maintained and clean. the new owners were very accommodating and they have plans for upgrading this property."

"It was quiet area, we had a truck and trailer and the parking lot was very convenient for us. "

"We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday and booked one of their jacuzzi rooms. Needless to say we had a blast! I swear this is one of the last hotels in existence to have a pool hot tub as well as jacuzzis in the hotel suites. Will be returning next year so long as the amenities remain the same!"

"The house was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views right on the water. Kitchen was easy to use and had all the basics we needed. We found fun stores to poke around in and good places to eat in Clarion and Belmond. We also enjoyed the county park at the end of the lake. "

"This is a modest motel with much to be modest about, but certainly nothing to be embarrassed about. Although the furniture in the room was a bit eclectic, everything was clean and functional. Check in was quick and efficient. The attached Mexican restaurant seems to have quite a local following. Several other dining options and some shopping is all within walking distance. "
