"Quando arrivate assicuratevi di avere con voi sapone per le mani perché non è’ fornito ed anche la carta igienica era già iniziata e meno di mezzo rotolo . Questo lo trovo assolutamente una nota negativa , arrivi tardi in camera vuoi farti una doccia e neanche un goccio di sapone . Altra cosa c’era un cattivo odore di aceto in camera che forse era dovuto alla pulizia , ma forse sarebbe stato meglio usare un altro profumo .."

"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

"My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "The property itself is clean and the apartment had all of the amenities needed for a family of four. Getting into the hotel is a little tricky and should be explained better. Parking is offsite but there is a 24-hour underground parking lot nearby. The location is near many walkable areas. Would stay there again. "
