"Good hostel with all you are looking for from a hostel. Helpful staff. My main gripe was the WiFi was spotty. I could not even connect on my room and most places throughout the building."

"The location was great. Everybody was friendly and rooms are spacious and new. The only thing : The ventilation in bathroom (room 203) was not enough. There are some black molds in the shower. It was not an issue for me. They should use bleach to remove them."

"It was nice but extremly hard to find parking and even harder to find the hotel. Staff was great room was clean. But i couldnt find it for 30 minutes and the next night im smoking out front and saw 5 people walk by it, then walk back. This could be avoided with a hotel sign.thats clearly visible and not a small wall plaque. Other than that it was great and id return with the fore knowledge of where it is. "Truly one of the most well-covered hostel I have stayed at! They thiught of everything. The staff is incredibly helpful. From the time I arrived, I was given a very informative tour down to the sardines art! They respect your privacy. After the property tour, I was handed me off to another staff member to enter the female dorm. They have an entire wall with information for places to eat, see, tour, etc. Plenty of room to lounge. "The hostel was nice and clean. It is close to Rossio square and walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately the street outside the hostel is noisy with drinks and is a little sketchy. I felt safe as I was with my partner. I may have felt differently if I was traveling alone. "

"What a find. The staff were super helpful the property was centrally located. It even had a grocery store next door. The room was well appointed amazingly it had a desk and a television. You cannot go wrong staying at this hostel. "

"The staff here we're incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "

"The property was very nice. The only issue was that there are no elevators in it. You need to walk two flights of stairs just to get to the office. Then our room was two flights of stairs more. Room was nice. No refrigerator or Tv. Great location though. We were across from the Christmas Market at the square. Staffwas very nice and spine good English. "

"Very basic hostel but staff were friendly! Other guests staying at the hostel were not respectful of quiet time after 10pm and were loud at all hours of the night. Felt safe and good location!"

"if you want to use the metro train system, the hotel is next to two entrances. This was a big plus. Amenities, were fair; i.e. Gym, pool, Bar, and restaurant. Breakfast options each morning were fine. The selections were also nice. No issues with Walking around the city, or property location. There were several other Dinner Locations, i.e. Provincia (awesome, to the right of the Hotel on the corner), Galeto (6 mins), and Copo De Mar (6 mins). All in All - Property was good, Staff were super helpful - awesome group. "

Such a Gem!!

"Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to check in quite early since our flight arrived at 9am Lisbon time and technically check in wasn't until 3pm. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the clay pots that were available for use during our stay. Each floor had a coffee/tea area which was convenient. The hotel was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk to quite a few locations. Also, there was Lime/Bolt scooters readily available just out the main doors. Our dinner was amazing at Mojjo. It helped us to translate the menu into Portuguese, however, if you are ordering make sure you show the item in Portuguese as it does not translate the best and our waiter was a little confused. The desserts were the best that we had throughout our whole trip. The hotel was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have TV in the room so we could watch Premiere League/La Liga during our stay. But all in all, would definitely recommend or stay there again!"

"The only suggestion I have is that for women doing their makeup, the lighting could be better and maybe even put in a dimmer switch. I have one in my bath at home and I really like it. Early in the morning and late at night, I don't want bright lights. This can also help your sleep by dimming the evening light."
