Once a simple fish store tucked behind a prosperous fish shop on Aldeburgh’s high street (now an equally prosperous second-hand book shop), this cute holiday cottage is incredibly well-planned and full of surprises – ideal for a unique seaside break in the heart of this popular Suffolk coastal town.
Interiors are beautifully designed to create an oasis of calm using quality furnishings, a unique seaside theme and colour scheme, and exceptional attention to detail to provide everything you could
"A beautifully designed little house - it was all we needed for our two nights visiting Aldeburgh. We've had a lovely time eating fish and chips on the beach and going for long walks to Thorpeness. Will definitely recommend The Fish Store to any friends."
"A perfect bolt hole within minutes of the sea so we can have a swim before breakfast, after lunch and pre-dinner! Found a pleasant walk to Thorpeness through shady woods and back along the beach. Having Co-op next door is an added bonus! And, despite being in the middle of the High Street, very quiet with a comfortable bed so a good night's sleep was guaranteed."
The Fish Store is accessed through a side gate opening into a lane next to the Co-Op on the high street. There's a 2nd door into the little courtyard, monitored by external CCTV security cameras for security reasons, where you'll find the door to your accommodation
