Beautiful apartment with shared pool and only 700 metres away from the beach in Puerto de Alcudia. It will be the second home for 4 guests.
The complex of this fantastic apartment is wonderful, with its shared pool and garden where you can enjoy a relaxing swim. The beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. There is an exterior shower to wash off after a long day at the beach which is just a short walk away. An finally, the best way to end your day in this fabulous location will be at the private terrace of this apartment where you can prepare a succulent barbecue or enjoy a great breakfast in the morning.

This first floor apartment without elevator is even more amazing inside. The living - dining room, with AC, is great thanks to its spaciousness and modern and rustic style at the same time, with a perfect combination of tones and colours. This is the place to enjoy your meals all together, watch the satellite TV channels or rest while admiring the views to the mountains through the windows. The wood stove guarantees your comfort in the coldest days. The kitchen is large and perfect to cook as if you where at home on the ceramic hob or in the oven. The washing machine, iron and ironing board have an independent place for themselves. You will find two bedrooms to rest in the apartment. One has twin beds and the other a double bed, AC and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. A bathtub bathroom and two fans complete the accommodation.

The location of this apartment is perfect because you can walk to the beach, go out to dinner to any of the varied restaurants in the area, go shopping and much more. The bus to Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia centre, Puerto de Pollensa or Palma passes by every 15 minutes in the summer. We recommend you visit other beaches like the rocky one of La Victoria or the golf course in Alcanada, just 6.2 km away.

The all-year round pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm.

Nice place to be for a week or plus
Well distributed apartments close to the shore. Clean and simple. I just regret that I did not found salt, oil or pepper or sponge in the kitchen … but the owner wall helpfull. Easy to park the car and great swimming pool with nobody around ( I rented the flat 5 days from 9 to 14 of October). Great pleasure with the beaches around ( San pepe or San Juan )!

Nice apartment, good beds. Nice to have a bbq and even diffuser blow-dryer. Very little utensils, kitchen scarce. We liked the beach parasols and chairs, very practical. You will need a car, because it is not close to the city centre or supermarkets. The bathroom wasn't very clean, neither were the floors upon arrival, but nothing that was too bad to handle. The amount of towels is nice. Washing machine is old and the dirty water isn't properly tucked away through houses to sewage, but put in a tub next to the machine, so be very sure to not do a hand-wash at the same time with the drain closed off, because then the kitchen will flood, she said having experienced it herself. Overall, good enough, nice pool, though quite expensive in June

Lage war super, Parkplätze und Utensilien in Wohnung vorhanden. Hat an nichts gefehlt. Lage der Wohnung an heissen Tagen sehr gut durch schattigen Balkon die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die letzte Endreinigung scheint nicht vollendet worden zu sein. der Pool ist ok aber auch nicht mehr topfit.

Eine tolle Unterkunft! Auch der Pool war super. Fie Lage sind 10min vom strand entfernt und liegt ruhig. Balkon mit Grill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Klimaanlage. Alles was wir gebraucht haben. Leider war Waschmittel, Spülmittel nicht vorhanden (vielleicht corona bedingt). Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super gutes Handling der Buchung und der Organisation am Flughafen. Ganz tolle Mitarbeiterin die alles perfekt Erklärt hat. Wohnung vom Style leider etwas altmodischer und abgewohnter als auf den Bildern erkennbar war. Uns hat der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Toller. Ort für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
