Additionally, the terrace features a built-in grill, which is perfect for enjoying lunch and dinner with family and friends.

The house is designed with great attention to detail and high-quality furniture. Upon entering, the elegant staircase leading to the first floor immediately catches the eye. There are four double rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also offer a dressing room and a breathtaking view of the sea.
