Settled in a quiet area close to the sea and only 1 km away from the village of Alcudia, this property is a magnificent option to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca.

Its spacious interiors include a large living-dining room surrounded by large windows that allow natural light to enter, which enables you to enjoy moments of peace and quiet, read a book or watch TV on its large and comfortable sofas. The dining table has space for 8 people, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals in the open air with friends or family. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and oven, amongst amenities it offers.
You will find one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom on the groundfloor, and a toilet next to the living room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality furniture to ensure you a comfortable night's sleep. You will find the rest of the rooms on the first floor.

The beautiful exterior is surrounded by bushes, plants and large palm trees, a large private salt water swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim under the Mallorcan sun and relax in the 8 sun loungers located around the pool.
The outdoor area is also furnished with an awning and a dining table for 8 people next to the barbecue, for grill lovers.
As if that were not enough, this property's location is unbeatable: in Alcudia near the sea, in the area of Es Barcares, known for its calm and its small boat port.
Just a few minutes away from the property, you will find a rocky area where you can enjoy bathing in the sea and a coastal path where you can walk along the shoreline. Alcudia is just 1 km away, and it's definitely a must-see place to visit during your holidays in Mallorca. A town characterised by its medieval walls, where you will find the weekly market (Tuesdays and Sundays) with local and ecological products from Mallorca.

Spacious Villa at the old town

The property is lovely, walking distance to town and beach. All you could need and a lovely pool. Some full length mirrors in the bedrooms. A few more details of places to eat drink locally. Especially the Red Rum pub literally around the corner from the villa.

House with pool in quiet area
Beautiful villa in a quiet area which is an easy walk into Alcudia town. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped with a great outdoor area and pool. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we need for travelling with a young baby. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Alcudia.

Girls 50th Birthday Trip
The villa was clean, spacious and the outside area was brilliant. Plenty of space for 7 of us and the villa was well equipped. Welcome refreshments were a lovely touch especially as we arrived quite late in the evening. Front door lock was very stiff, we really struggled to open it on a number of occasions.

Nice, modern villa near Old Town
We enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. The villa was clean, modern and situated near to a bar and nice area for snorkeling. A 10 minute walk will take you into the Old Town which is beautiful. The Port is a 30 minute walk away but there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the distance. Take mosquito repellent... They are a bit of an issue at night!

We had a very nice stay at the house. 6 adults and 1 child
It is a spacious house -Air-con in almost every room -Two of the four bedrooms has on suite bathroom. -Convenient garage in basement. -Large pool area with plenty of sun beds. -The outdoor space is very private thanks to a high hedge around the property. -Quiet and peaceful area. -Nice outdoor area for dining. This house has potential for a 5 star rating from my side, but I give 4 stars at this point due to some small things that could be improved: - Outdoor bbq station is surrounded by hedge, we didn’t dare to use it due to fire hazard - Some kitchen appliances starting to be worn, for example coffee maker is calcified and barely works. - Shower drains running slow, need maintenance - No fire alarm available So with a small maintenance effort this would be 5 star rating.

Great stay in nice house
We had a couple of nice weeks in the house. It was well located with only a short walk into the old town with great restaurants. The house was big and it was great with several bathrooms and with AC in every room. It was also convenient that we could drive the rental car into the garage when we wanted to unload food and drinks after shopping. The patio and the pool were nice and there were plenty of sunbeds. The only thing that was a little negative was the kitchen. It was not that big and not adapted to a house for 8 people. A small dishwasher for such a big house and we had to buy a couple of cutting boards because there was only one when we arrived. But otherwise our stay in the house was great and we can recommend it!
