Beautiful house with terrace and garden near the sea in Port d'Alcúdia.

This beautiful semi-detached house for 5 people has everything you need for a memorable holiday. The outside area has a furnished terrace, gardens and a barbecue. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The house is spread over two floors, where there are three double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living-dining room.

It is located in an area with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It has very good connections to move around the northeast of the island with ease, from Port de Pollença to Can Picafort, since there is a bus route very close to the property which covers all these areas. The location is perfect for visiting the entire coast of the bay of Alcúdia and enjoying its stunning white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.
