On its terrace, which has views of the lake, you will find a sunbathing area with loungers and a porch with a seating area and a large table where you can enjoy endless evenings with your companions. There is also a second terrace with a barbecue, so you can cook large grilled dishes. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the single-storey villa, which has been recently renovated, will offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything you need to cook in total comfort. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For sleeping, there are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed, while the others have two single beds each. A toilet and two bathrooms with showers serve the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. Free street parking.
