"the house is nice and is exactly as described on the website but there are things that did not work properly and that should for the price we paid (high season being in August), and that we reported to the owner as well. The most important is the electrical panel that was defective (several of us received slight electric shocks, especially in the kitchen), a single key to open and close the house (being a house for 8 people, the management is complicated), the cooker fire very weak, the shower...

"A característica mais positiva foi podermos levar os nossos patudos connosco, a casa corresponde às fotos, e no geral correu tudo bem. A comunicação com o anfitrião podia ser melhorada, nem sempre obtive resposta pela plataforma, tendo que recorrer ao número de tlm disponibilizado. O check-in correu muito bem. Recomendamos este alojamento."

"The perfect location to relax while visiting many sites in the area. Quinta Mota II was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and the backyard and salt pool was incredible. From this location it is a short drive to the beach and many sites, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha, and several beaches. And then returned for swim and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. "It was a lovely, clean house with everything one could need. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Outside of the city, so you will definitely need a car. But Caldas da Rainha and Óbidos are a conveniently nearby. It also has a spacious, well fenced yard that kept my escape artist dog safe. I highly recommend it."

"I just came from a short weekend stay at this fabulous property! Absolutely stunning house and pool area. The host Carlos was extremely kind and patient with us, made us feel so welcomed. The house is spacious, the rooms were great and beds super comfy! I have no negatives to say...we were a family of 7 (adults and kids) and we have had a wonderful time. "Het was een super leuke tijd met het gezin. Lekker ouderwets aan de enorme keuken tafel. De open haard hebben we ook kunnen gebruiken wat nog extra sfeer en gezelligheid heeft gegeven. De eigenaar bracht elke ochtend vers brood. Ook goede restaurants in de buurt aanwezig en betaalbaar. "

"Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus....

The house is big and the kitchen is well equipped… it’s basically your home from home. .our daughter enjoyed the little pool and the room with the three beds was perfect for us :) We would stay again if we come back to the area in future. "Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, die Küche könnte ein kleines bisschen besser ausgestattet sein. Vermieter sehr nett und entspannt. Wir waren die allermeiste Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück und hatten den Pool für uns. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke !!!"

"Accommodation was very tired, cracked bathroom surfaces, rusty radiators, broken kitchen cupboard and bin, lack of glasses and cutlery. Staff at the clubhouse restaurant were unfriendly and we felt like we were too much trouble for them. "
