Villa with sea views, direct access to the beach and extensive garden

Villa on the seafront, with capacity for families. Extensive lawned garden with pine, carob and olive trees. Direct access from the garden to a small discreet and hardly crowded beach. Large terraces and porches to enjoy views of the entire bay. It is located in the municipality of Alcananr, although it is located 800 m away from Sant Carles de la Rápita, a town with all services. 20 kilometers from the "Parc Natural de les Terres de L'Ebre" and the "Parque Natural dels Ports". Hiking trails, surfing, kite surfing and extensive virgin beaches in the surroundings. Excellent gastronomy.

The main house has capacity for 8 or 9 people, distributed in 3 double rooms and one triple, plus two bathrooms. For large groups, more than 8 adults, possibility of a guest house in the garden with a double bed, sofa bed and full bathroom. This has a supplement of €250 for cleaning and extra bedding for the second house. The minimum reservation in high season is one week and includes bed linen and towels.
The weekend pack in low season is priced at €500, but does not include bed linen or towels. The attached house has a separate price of €200.

Sehr schönes Haus in bester Lage, Reparaturen notwendig
Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Aufteilung ist super für unseren Aufenthalt gewesen. 3 schöne Bäder. 4 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus, haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht alles bestmöglich zu machen. Auf Wünsche wird direkt eingegangen . Vielen Dank

The ocean view is amazing. Nice garden and enough place for a big family. The kitchen is equipped well. The besch is just a few minutes away and if you just want to cool down you can go downstairs to a little bay directly next to the house. The host Susanne is very kind. We loved it

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le cadre était magnifique avec un grand terrain et une confortable terrasse et la proximité de la mer. Plusieurs endroits pittoresques aux alentours à visiter. La maison est très bien équipée, tous les appareils fonctionnent, la literie est confortable. Cette maison est très bien placée et conçue pour l'été. La région est incroyable et pouvoir se baigner au réveil dans une crique presque privée.. c'est super. Les propriétaires ont tout mis en œuvre pour que le séjour soit parfait: le frigo est tombé en panne il a été remplacé le lendemain.

Très belle villa avec une vue imprenable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien équipée. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangement. L'accès direct à une petite crique par un petit portillon est très agréable. Suzanna et son mari nous très bien accueillis et nous ont communiquer les activités à faire dans les environs. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci de verrouillage d'une porte de salle de bain. Suzanna nous a répondu immédiatement et nous de suite débloquée. Je recommande vivement cette location. C'était parfait ! Seul petit inconvénients pour nous adeptes de pêche au harpon, l'eau est un peu trouble mais en revanche très chaude dans le delta (28°)

Estancia en el Delta
La casa es del tamaño perfecto para acoger a 2 familias de dos hijos y muy agradable lado jardín. La proximidad del camino de ronda inspira paseos súper accesibles, y se valora muy positivamente tener la calita para bañarse. Laureano y Susana han sido muy amables y han tenido el detalle de traernos tumbonas extras para nuestra estancia, trato agradable y comunicación fluida. Lo único que nos asustó un poco al llegar es la proximidad de la carretera detrás, pero como no era verano y mantuvimos las ventanas cerradas, el ruido no se hizo demasiado presente en las noches. Sugerimos una pequeña recopilación en la casa de teléfonos y contactos - para saber dónde comer, qué visitar y cómo disfrutar de la zona . Pero Laureano nos dio muy amablemente información. Muy contentos de la estancia!
