"All good rooms clean and the restaurant was excellent and they had parking for our car while we stayed there. 1/2 hour from Grenada only negative not much else to do around there and no public Transportation. You need a car. Staff and restaurant help all friendly. Had breakfast outside every morning! Had drinks at bar at night and dinner as well. Great food and service"

The staff are awesome helpful speak English and are knowledgeable about the area proximity to the metro line is wonderful and parking was convenient and free on the street . "This was a good stop while we were property hunting. Although the room was smaller than we expected, it was clean and comfortable. I loved the sofa! We hoped the restaurant would be open, but must be more for the busy season. We found old town and the architecture was wonderful, then a good walk up to the fortress. If you do nothing else, go to the fortress. They said to allow an hour and half but we were there for almost 3hrs!"

"The beds were uncomfortable and the wife was almost hurt when she sat up and the bed tilted. The towels were like sandpaper. We had to phone someone to get in, who didnt speak anu english which I know isnt expected in their own country. Fortunately I managed. Others might not. Location was the best part of the visit."

"The hotel is remote from the historical area and with the steep hills in town its good to drive up to the centre of town. The bar and restaurant are not in the hotel and even tho they are only about 50 yards away not very convenient especially for breakfast in winter! The staff were very friendly and helpful but with the location of the hotel and its condition I would not stay there again."

"Europa is a mid-range hotel in the newer section of the city. The accommodations are basic, but ok. The breakfast is basic, but ok. Prior to the arrival, the hotel repeatedly sent us messages regarding its restictive check-in times and payment policy. On several occasions we tried to call them with payment, but the phone wasn't answered. The main issue we have with this property is regarding security. We were given one electronic cardkey, which had both the hotel name and the room number on it....
