New apartment with sea and mountain views in a private urbanization next to the Sierra de Irta Natural Park. North orientation. It consists of living room, fully equipped and independent kitchen, large laundry room with washing machine, bedroom with large bed and private bathroom, room with two single beds and bathroom. Terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. It has a TV. Wifi only in community games room and pool. Private parking and large sunny pool with area for children. Also children's area and pingpong. Ideal for families. Very quiet area Maximum 4 people Small dogs are allowed. No cats

IDEAL
La casa tiene muy buena distribución y las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares, sobre todo el amanecer dada su ubicación. Aunque necesitas coger el coche para ir a la playa, a la compra o a la zona del paseo marítimo, lo compensas con la tranquilidad y silencio nocturno, ademas que no estas a mas de 10 minutos de cualquier zona y no hemos tenido ningún problema de aparcamiento. La urbanización esta muy bien cuidada y la piscina es estupenda. La atención de Paloma la propietaria ha sido fantástica.

El alojamiento es como está descrito en el anuncio.
Los dueños muy amables, nos enseñaron la casa y nos dieron informacion de la zona. La cocina esta super equipada y la terraza tiene muy buenas vistas. Lo que no nos gustó fue que la casa está situada en la parte mas alta de una gran cuesta y acabamos artos de tanto coche para subir y bajar. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que la habitación de dos camas tiene una ventana que da directamente al suelo del patio interior con lo que es poco seguro tenerla abierta. Y la ducha del baño pequeño es tan pequeña que no la pudimos usar.

Mooi en aangenaam appartement
Goede ligging, veilig complex met prive parkeerplaats en mooi proper zwembad en speeltuintje. Appartement is aangenaam met groot terras en mooi uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Je voelt je welkom en volledige uitleg met rondleiding bij aankomst. Zeker een aanrader.

Superbe !
Appartement très bien situé, conforme à la description, au calme avec une vue sur la montagne et la mer. Très bonne localisation qui permet de visiter la région de Tarragone à Valence. Merci à Paloma et Jaime pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse et qui parlent le français. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Fantástica terraza
El apartamento está situado en un lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la terraza ya que tiene orientación norte y de sus maravillosas vistas. Los propietarios son encantadores. Gracias Jaime y Paloma!!!!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in schöner und gepflegter Umgebung
Paloma hat uns sehr lieb an der Wohnung in Empfang genommen und alles wichtige gezeigt. Für die Kinder war natürlich Pool und WLAN sehr wichtig. Die gesamte Appartementanlage mit Pool ist in einem sehr gepflegten und guten Zustand. Concierge Pasquale kümmert sich den ganzen Tag um Sauberkeit und Funktionieren der Anlagen (und um Einbrecher muss man sich da auch keine Gedanken machen). Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Von Geschirr, Töpfen, Handtücher bis zu Strandstühlen und Sonnenschirm. Die Lage oben auf dem Berg haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden - der Blick war toll und es wehte immer ein leichter Wind, so dass es auch im Juli bei über 30 Grad und drückender Hitze unten im Ort sehr gut auszuhalten war. Wir hatten Glück und die Appartement Anlage war maximal zur Hälfte belegt - wenn die Anlage komplett belegt ist, könnte der Pool vielleicht etwas knapp werden. Aber das ist wohl unwahrscheinlich. Ingesamt: Daumen hoch! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento está bien,bien equipado y en una zona muy tranquila.
Los propietarios, Paloma y Jaime, se han portado fenomenal y nos lo han facilitado todo.Los niños han disfrutado mucho de la piscina que hay y de la zona de juegos.Es una zona muy tranquila.A las playas hay que ir en coche pero estan cerca y no hemos tenido problemas para aparcar. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y algún día que ha calentado lo hemos encendido y se estaba fenomenal. En el pueblo había todos los días títeres para los niños a partir de las ocho, al lado de la oficina de turismo,a mis niños les han encantado. La única pega que podría poner es que estaba algo descuidada la limpieza, sobre todo en la cocina, pero en general hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.
