"The house was nice. It was listed as a 4 bedroom however the 4th bedroom was not attached to the main house as well as the 3rd bathroom. The detached bedroom was not prepared and ready for us as the owner decided we would not need to use it as there were 4 of us traveling. I rented the property because it had 4 bedrooms as i didnt want adults sleeping on twin beds. The other separate bedroom also smelled musty. The grounds needed some attention as there was weeds growing around the patio bricks...

"Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows...

You could easily spend a whole week there. my only regret is I wish we had more time. The host was so helpful. She even helped us find a Private chef and a yoga instructor! "We enjoyed the property, but be prepared for lots of stairs. The property is well maintained but it is a tall and narrow building. Great views of the ocean. I think we had at least three days of green flashes! One very big drawback is that for some reason there are notices in every bathroom to NOT flush toilet paper. For someone not used to that, well... The Host should state that in the description, and honestly I don't know why this is an issue there I don't believe it is on a septic...
