"This is our second day at the house and once again we had a wonderful visit. House is clean well stocked for cooking, clean beds and bathroom and a classic A-frame style. Direct access off the back deck down to the water was key as we ice fished directly behind the house. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for getaway in northern Vermont.. "

"There were 5 of us staying for a girl’s weekend. We drove from PA stoping in Woodstock New York for lunch. The leaves on the way up were beautiful! Since we were about an hour away from Montreal we went there for a day trip and saw Notre Dame Basilica. While at the house we enjoyed our views of the snow capped mountains, the beautiful sunsets and of course Lake Champlain . Perfect accommodations!!! Would stay there again!!! "

"Our family had an amazing time that was much needed!! We were able to bring our little dog which was a big part due to her being family and my husbands support dog during cancer recovery. The lake house was very clean comfortable and accommodating had everything we needed including extras not listed like a/c in master bedroom. "Our stay was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and stopped by a few times to make sure all was OK. The cottage was clean and had everything we could need. "Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...
