All utilities are included, smart tv, netflix, and wifi is provided. Spacious covered outdoor entry and seating area makes for a phenomenal area to enjoy your morning coffee. All essentials are included at the property to ensure you have an elevated experience.

**This room is attached to a house but the space is kept private and completely separate from the rest of the home. There is one parking space in the driveway on the right hand side, or plenty of street parking. This unit now has a mini split to keep you at the perfect temperature all year long. We only accept SMALL dogs in this property and they CAN'T be left alone. Read below for more details.

Located on the west side of ABQ, you'll be minutes from Cottonwood Mall, lots of eateries, and shopping near by! Little shops located across the street and amazing views.

Smell of urine
Substantial amount of hair in linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels)
Any amount of pet hair on soft surfaces (couch, chairs)
Urine stains inside or outside
Failure to clean up dog poop

~ If a guest is eligible for a pet deposit refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days of departure.

~ Any last minute booking we will require a photo of all adults Drivers License

~ Our early check in fee is $30 so we can expedite housekeeping and get you settled in by 2 pm

~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night

~ Our properties are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free products as well as treated with pest repellant that is non toxic
