"Overall our stay was good. The only real issue/concern was no being acknowledged when walked up to check in. The person at the desk was on the phone. Other staff walked up and spoke with the front desk person and they still didn’t acknowledge us. Had to walk up and ask to check in. Again, overall our stay was good. "

"Ordered room service (Breakfast) I orderd oatmeal, toast and orange juice. First of all i only receive a fork and knife to eat with. NO SPOON. There was no plastic covering my oatmeal and toast. So the meal was cold. The oatmeat was thick and cold."

"It was a pleasant surprise that the pool is covered and could be used in the spring. Staff were very accommodating. Walking distance to the plaza and many bars/restaurants. Free parking is a bonus. Hotel feels a bit dated, though it’s very clean. Location close to I-40 means rooms can get noisy. Overall, a great budget-ish option."
