Commercial vehicles, RVs trucks and vans exceeding 22 feet in length and trailers may not be parked overnight in the public streets unless a special exemption is obtained from the HOA Board of Directors. Application for such a temporary exemption should be made in writing through the HOA Management Company. For owners of RVs, trailers and other such equipment, the special exemption may be granted for periodic use (such as loading and unloading an RV), with each such parking event not to exceed 36 hours.

Noise: this home is in a brand new neighborhood, there are new homes being built near by. You may hear construction noise during the day.
The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: free street parking. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
