This room was canceled before entering. There was no wifi. The hotel agreed to cancel and Leo at Expedia said he called and cancelled. At that time of cancelling this room Leo advised I had 5 duplicate and false accounts. I have a screen shot of Expedia when order placed showing no duplicates. Further none of the duplicate accounts sent a conformation. Does Expedia not have warning of listing same night? Leo tried to bill me $250 to cancel the 5 ($50 each)erroneous billing’s. When I complained he reduced it to $100. I have since contacted all hotels advising there is no $50 fee. This is a scam. I have visited the Expedia victim page and see this is not out of the ordinary. I will do everything in my power to reveal this scam

Blood on the sheets, burn holes in sheets, roach infested in bed,on floor, walls and ceiling. Also, in water cup when I got up in morning. Mold on bathroom ceiling, walls, tub and commode. No bathmat. When you walked across the floor barefooted, one's feet would be black/brown due to filth. Door lock hard to operate. This place should be shut down by the city health department. This is the worst room I have stayed in in all my years of travel. (50 plus) I have flown over a million miles all over the world. This was worse than any room I have stayed in any Third World countries.

The room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00 PM. The housekeeper was still cleaning room. Once we were able to get into the room the bathroom had hair and was not clean. We only had one set of towels for 3 people and only two pillows. We asked the housekeeper to clean the tub before went to the and came back and it was still dirty. We did get pillows and 4 towels. Would not recommend!

Property was in bad condition, staff was extremely rude and abusive, room bathroom horrible with non working toilet (it even had a plunger on the side). Asked for non smoking room and was given a room that smelled like cigarettes, bathroom was dirty, and the bathtub and toilet had cigarette burns. It also felt and looked like an unsafe environment.

The pictures they use of the rooms aren't even the rooms. The beds were dirty and the room its self looked like all they do is remake the beds after ppl use them and leave dog poop and hair everywhere. I watched a guy steal parts from a car and put them on his while i was think if i should stay or leave. I left but couldnt get a refund because i was already there.

BEWARE YOU WILL BE ROBBED
This is the scariest place you will ever stay. Literally homeless people walking around the place. Drug dealers, theifs and even more fentanyl smokers ive ever seen in one place! I was literally told to check in that my truck and my trailer would be robbed

The keys to the rooms did not work. They said the locks were being "Updated" so we had to be let in by the attendant and did not have a key to get back in if we closed the door.

I waited at the locked front office for 30 minutes and left. There was no note to say what was happening. Others were waiting. A woman asked me to wait with her because the property did not seem safe to her. I left when other people came to wait with her. I will ask my bank to cancel the charges.

Their are not any grocery stores or convenient stores nearby. Also the location is hard to get around it's down hill east but up hill very hard. I'm in a wheelchair and extremely hard to get around

Got there spanish channel was playing no remote in room. Had to unplug TV just to get it off replacement remote never worked. Never given wifi password. Neighborhood was extreamly poor. Beds felt like sleeping on rocks. My shoulders still hurt. Air was on had one temp I could figure out freezer.
